PHILADELPHIA-A subsidiary of Korman Residential is planning tobuild a $102-million apartment community in Philadelphia's Eastwicksection. The project will include a 51-building complex on a35-acre land at Lindburgh Boulevard and 84th Street.

The two-story buildings will contain 722 market-rate apartments.The developer is requesting approvals from the redevelopmentauthority, the planning commission and City Council for theproject, which will be built in four phases.
