COLORADO SPRINGS-The Broadmoor, an iconic hotel in ColoradoSprings, will undergo a multi-year renovation. The $60-millionrenovation will include redesign and expansion of guestrooms andsuites as well as extensive updates to restaurants and bars.
The Anschutz Corp. purchased the hotel on October 1. The firstphase of the scheme, including reopening of guestrooms and suitesin the Southlake building, has already been completed. Other workswill be completed by April 2014. For the full story, go toDenver Business Journal .
