NEW YORK CITY-Jay Suites has inked a lease for 21,711 squarefeet or the entire fifth floor of the building located at 1441Broadway. The company will open its new headquarters at the leasedspace on August 1, 2012. The asking rent for the space was $46 persquare foot. Murray Hill Partners' Richard Doolittle brokered thedeal for both the tenant and the ownership of the property.
