MIAMI-Developer Craig Robins planning to develop a $312-millioncommercial neighborhood in Miami's Design District. Robins and hisreal estate development company DACRA have submitted a plan to thecity of Miami.

The proposed plan will be heard on Wednesday by the city'sPlanning, Zoning and Appeals Board. The proposed plan calls forover 1.1 million square feet of floor space with 53 hotel units, 96residential units and 2,571 parking spaces. Robins also has plansto bring top brains to Design District.
