SEATTLE-Two developers are collaborating to construct the secondphase of the Stadium Place project in CenturyLink Field's parkinglot. Henry Liebman's American Life will fund and construct thesecond phase along with Stadium Place's master developer, DanielsReal Estate.

The second phase of the project will comprise a 23-story hoteland 16,000 square feet of restaurants and shops, a health club anda 376-stall garage.
