DURHAM, NC-A newly purchased hotel in Durham will get a$7.5-million renovation. A joint venture fund includingFlorida-based Driftwood Hospitality Management and New York-basedApollo Global Management acquired the Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airportat Research Triangle Park hotel in April.
The renovation of the 249-hotel will include a re-design ofguest rooms, meeting spaces and the lobby. The renovation work willstart in July. The DoubleTree Hotel and the Sheraton Columbus Hotelat Capitol Square will also be renovated. For the full story, goto Triangle Business Journal .
