LONDON-Peel Land & Property is planning to convert a 26-acresite at Chatham Docks in Kent into a GBP 650-million development.Medway Council has approved Peel's outline planning application forthe Chatham Waters scheme.
The proposed plans call for offices, an 'EventCity', hotel, foodstore, town houses, apartments, an education facility andlandscaped public areas.
