ODENTON, MD-Massachusetts-based Dolben Co. has recently finishedthe first of 1,400 apartments it is constructing in Maryland. InMay, the company completed first of 235 apartments at the Villageat Odenton Station.
The Odenton complex also includes 58,000 square feet of retailspace. The 375-unit View at Mill Run in Owings Mills is scheduledto be completed this month and the 332-unit Charlestown Crossingwill be completed in February 2014.
