WASHINGTON, DC-Watergate Office Building, a 198,000-square-footbuilding at 2600 Virginia Ave. NW, will undergo amultimillion-dollar renovation. Penzance Cos. has maintained HittContracting to upgrade the interior and improve the front entranceof the 11-story building.
The renovation work is scheduled to begin later this month. Theoffice building is nearly half-vacant and the renovation will helpPenzance attract new tenants.
