KANSAS CITY, MO-The Kansas City Star reported that the KansasCity Council is planning to approve an apartment and retail projectat Main and 51st streets during its meeting. The $39-millionproject will comprise 204 apartments, 9,500 square feet of retailand office space and a 350-space parking garage.
