TEMPE, AZ-San Antonio, Texas-based USAA Real Estate Co. andTempe, Arizona-based Metro Commercial Properties have disclosed thenext phase of office tower at Fountainhead Corporate Park in Tempe.Their proposed plans call for a 14-story, 384,300-square-footoffice tower, named Fountainhead Park Summit.
