TEMPE, AZ-San Antonio, Texas-based USAA Real Estate Co. andTempe, Arizona-based Metro Commercial Properties have disclosed thenext phase of office tower at Fountainhead Corporate Park in Tempe.Their proposed plans call for a 14-story, 384,300-square-footoffice tower, named Fountainhead Park Summit.
The development will come up on the 6-acre site owned by USAA.The development cost is expected to reach $240 to $250 per squarefoot. Metro has hired Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to pre-lease andmarket Fountainhead Park Summit. For the full story, go toCommercial Property Executive .
