FRANKLIN, WI-United Financial Group Inc. has modified thehousing development plan for 22.6 acres of land in Franklin tohouse the proposed Meijer store and plans 132 market-rate units and154 senior apartments. The project will expand the Appleton-basedcompany's Foresthill Highlands Senior Community.
