WASHINGTON, DC-DCmud.com reported that Akridge has petitioned apermit to demolish an office structure at 1200 17th St. NW andbuild a greener office building there. First Potomac Realty Trustand Akridge are planning to spend $100 million to develop an officebuilding measuring 170,000 square feet on the site.
