LONDON-Gyron has leased a 30,000-square-foot building at theSlough Trading Estate. The data center service provider, which islooking to expand its footprint in the UK, has leased the buildingfrom SEGRO for 20 years.
The company will occupy the Ajax Avenue structure that was builtas part of SEGRO's speculative building initiative started in 2011on the Slough Trading Estate. This is the second transaction Gyronand SEGRO have signed in the past 12 months. For the full story,go to PropertyMall .
