NEW YORK CITY-The Musket Room will replace a bar named Elizabethin NoLIta. The Kiwi restaurant recently leased 1,500 square feet ofspace at 265 Elizabeth St. from 53 Little West 12th Street Inc.
The lease deal also includes a 1,000-square-foot basement.Asking rent for the 15-year deal was $148 per square foot. MichaelKadosh, a broker from CBRE Group Inc., represented the tenant andSteve Rappaport, a broker from Sinvin Real Estate, represented thelandlord in the lease transaction.
