ALBANY-Developers received consent from the town's planners tobuild a 156-unit apartment complex in Glenville, New York. Theproject, named Patriot Square, will come up on an 11-acre siteadjacent to Route 50 and it will include 13 buildings.
The project will be constructed by Jeff Knox and Geoff Booth ofClifton Park-based New York Development Group. The second phase ofthe Glenville project will comprise commercial office space. Theentire development will come up on a 40-acre site. For thefull story, go to The Business Review .
