HENDERSONVILLE, TN-Solomon Builders is set to start constructionon the second stage of the New Island Centre, a retail and medicaloffice building in Hendersonville. The Hendersonville PlanningCommission recently approved the development.
The 20,000-square-foot building, situated at 262 New ShackleIsland Road on the other side of Hendersonville Hospital. A newsrelease reported that half of the space is already pre-leased.
