ALBANY-Developer Sonny Bonacio is planning to construct a36,000-square-foot office building and an 11-screen movie theateron the former Price Chopper site in downtown Saratoga Springs, NewYork. The site plan for the office building/movie theater wasapproved last week by the Saratoga County planning board.
The proposed plan calls for a three-story professional officebuilding and a 1,770-seat movie theater. Price Chopper Limitedclosed the 24,000-square-foot store when it opened a new store inlate April. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
