SOMERVILLE, MA-The $9.8-million transformation of the formerSaint Polycarp Parish situated in Somerville into a mixed-usecommunity is advancing with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the secondphase. Somerville Community Corp. is developing Saint PolycarpVillage Apartments on Butler Drive.
