BURLINGTON, MA-Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. has inked alease with Gutierrez Co. for 424,000 square feet at the BurlingtonResearch Center in Burlington. The lease deal will pave way for thedevelopment of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters' build-to-suitfacility at the center.
