NEW YORK CITY-Philadelphia-based Lithe Method is opening acheerleading fitness center in the Flatiron District. The companyrecently leased 4,400 square feet of space at 32 W. 18th St.situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues for 10 years.

The asking rent for the deal, which covers a 1,100-square-footbasement, was $75 per square foot. Alan Bonett, an Adams & Co.broker, represented the tenant, while Newmark Grubb Knight FrankRetail's Amy Zhen and Jeffrey Roseman represented YHD 18, thelandlord, in the lease transaction.
