NEW YORK CITY-Enrique Albano has inked a lease for 10 years withNoam Management for 1,800 square feet of space at 450 Ninth Ave.The Venezuelan beautician will open his first New York business,Albano Salon, on the corner of West 35th Street.
The eponymous beauty shop will occupy a 1,000-square-foot,ground-level space and an 800-square-foot basement. Asking rent was$120 per square foot. Square Foot Realty brokered the lease deal onbehalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story,go to Crain's New York Business .
