OAKTON, VA-First Potomac Realty Trust based in Bethesda hasinked four new leases totaling 49,308 square feet at its ThreeFlint Hill. Ameriprise Financial, Stratford University, A. J.Dwoskin & Associates, and Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty,Elmore & Bunn, P.C. are the four new tenants of the officebuilding. These new leases bring the occupancy rate of the181,000-square-foot property to 51%.
