MILWAUKEE-Dominion Properties LLC, of Shorewood, is planning toconstruct a five-story structure with 20 apartments on an emptyparcel on North Jackson Street in Milwaukee. The company willdevelop the project at 1509 N. Jackson St. near the Park Eastcorridor, where Chicago-based Blackwatch 68 Properties is planningfor a 15-unit boutique apartment building and Milwaukee-basedDermond Property is planning for a 34-unit apartment.
