ARLINGTON, VA-The Washington Post reported that The JBG Cos. hasreceived permission from Arlington officials to proceed ahead withits proposed multifamily project at the Central Place developmentin Rosslyn. The Chevy Chase-based earlier planned to construct anoffice project but changed its plan for apartments.

The newspaper reported that JBG will start break ground on the30-story apartment tower with 350 units. The company has changedits plan due to its financing problem for the planned 31-storyoffice tower. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
