The Poplar Avenue building, also known as Poplar Centre, sits ona 1.04-acre land at Yates and Poplar. It is owned by LichtermanProperties LLC. In the deal, Loeb Realty Group LLC representedHollywood Feed and the Shopping Center Group LLC represented bothOffice Depot and Lichterman Properties.
