HIGHLAND PARK, IL-Wells Fargo Bank has filed a foreclosure suitagainst the owner of the 29,203-square-foot Laurel Terrace inHighland Park in order to reclaim $10.2 million. A venture headedby Sharon Lederman Burack owns the mixed-use structure at 1777Green Bay Road.
