BUFFALO-Construction of 49 townhouses allocated for Fruit Beltneighborhood of Buffalo is scheduled to be started in September2012. St. John Fruit Belt Community Development Corp. is themanager of the project valued at $16 million. According to thecompany's consulting CEO, Pastor Michael Chapman, the companyinvests in the community to make local people participate for therevival of this area.
