HAMILTON, OH-Pease Warehouse and Kitchen Showroom, a homeimprovement retailer based in Hamilton, has inked a90,000-square-foot lease at 1780 S. Erie Highway for five years.The retailer will relocate its operations from Van Hook Avenue tothe new location by late July. President of the retailer, StevePease stated that roughly $140,000 will be spent for remodeling theinterior and installing a larger kitchen showroom.
