ROLLING MEADOWS, IL-Capital One Financial Corp. has signed alease for 150,000 square feet of office space in the AtriumCorporate Center, a 483,000-square-foot property at 3800 Golf Roadin Rolling Meadows. The three-story building is owned by SanFrancisco-based Spear Street Capital.
The new lease has boosted the occupancy rate in the building tonearly 100%. Susan Rosen of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.represented Capital One and Mark Smith from CB Richard Ellis Inc.'sSchaumburg office represented Spear Street in the deal. For thefull story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
