NEW YORK CITY-According to familiar sources, Fitch Ratings hassigned a lease renewal and extension for an 180,500-square-footspace at 33 Whitehall Street. The company has added an additional41,000-square-foot elbow room at 33 Whitehall. However, the companyis vacating its 100,000-square-foot space at 1 State Street Plaza,reflecting a reduction of 59,000 square feet as a measure ofconsolidation.
