NEW YORK CITY-The owners of a new gallery, temporarily calledLBBI, have leased 1,000 square feet at 334 Broome St. for fiveyears. The gallery will replace a construction company on theground floor of the Pat Jen Realty Corp.-owned building.

Asking rent for the lease was $54 per square foot. LBBI isplanned to open in September. Buchbinder & Warren Realty'sAnnie Yao represented the tenant and W.L. Yee & Co.'s EdmundYee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. For thefull story, go to Crain's New York Business .
