CHICAGO-Bentonville, Arkansas-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc. will bethe anchor tenant at the retail component of a mixed-use project inthe South Side. The retailer will open its Neighborhood Marketstore, which will comprise 41,000 square feet of space, in theShops & Lofts on 47.
