ROCKVILLE, MD-Federal Realty Investment Trust has startedconstruction on Pike & Rose, a mixed-use redevelopment ofMid-Pike Plaza. The first phase of the 3.4-million-square-footmixed-use development will alone create 688 jobs.
Design Collective, WDG Architecture and Streetworks havedesigned the development.
