NASHVILLE-Metro Nashville has announced a $32-million buildingpermit for SoBro's 255-room Hyatt Place hotel. The new 13-storyhotel will be built at 301 Third Ave. S. in downtown Nashville.
A partnership between Indiana-based White Lodging Services andBethesda, Maryland-based Host Hotels & Resorts Inc., thehotel's owner, has estimated that the total cost of the projectwill reach $46 million.
