RALEIGH, NC-Grubb Properties, a real estate development andmanagement company in North Carolina, will open a new multifamilyproperty in Raleigh. The $35-million project, called the SterlingTownCenter Apartments, is situated on the other side of TriangleTown Boulevard.

The new complex will have 339 apartments. The project wasstarted in December of 2011 and it will open at the end ofSeptember. Grubb Properties has two other complexes in theTriangle. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
