TUSTIN, CA-The Tustin City Council has selected Standard PacificHomes, an Irvine homebuilder, to construct 231 to 238 homes atTustin Legacy, a planned community project on the old Marine Corpsair base in Tustin. The 51-acre parcel is situated near JamboreeRoad on the north side of Warner Avenue.
