MINNEAPOLIS-Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc., a realestate investment firm based in Oak Brook, Illinois, has put IDSCenter, a 57-story tower in downtown Minneapolis, on the marketwithout an asking price. The 1.4 million-square-foot office tower,located at 80 S. Eighth St., is nearly 92% leased.
