LONDON-LandProp Holding, a real estate arm of IKEA, has starteda 2 million-square-foot neighborhood on the south side of theOlympic Park in Stratford. The development project was unanimouslyapproved by the planning committee of London Thames GatewayDevelopment Corporation and the London Borough of Newham'sStrategic Development Committee.
