DALLAS-Transwestern has brokered two industrial lease dealstotaling 52,781 square feet in Coppell and Dallas. UPS Supply ChainSolutions Inc. has leased an industrial space measuring 42,750square feet at 112 Wrangler Drive in Coppell and Ivy Press Inc. hasexpanded its industrial space to 10,031 square feet at 1162 Quakerin Dallas.
