LONDON-Wainbridge Holdings has leased more than 45,000 squarefeet of office space at No. 1 Croydon in South London. The 23-storyoffice building, which provides more than 160,000 square feet ofspace, recently secured AIG, AON, Dot Mailer, HCL and PegasusSolutions as tenants.
