WINSTON-SALEM, NC-The Housing Authority of Winston-Salem hasselected Colmar Contracting, a general contractor based inGreensboro, to build the $4.5-million Oaks at Tenth complex. The50-unit apartment complex is part of the Cleveland Avenue arearedevelopment project.

The Cleveland Avenue initiative will transform 130 acres of landin the next 15 to 20 years with residential, retail and commercialdevelopments. The Oaks at Tenth complex will comprise one-, two-and three-bedroom units. The project is scheduled to be finished byAugust 2013.
