BOTHELL, WA-The City of Bothell has reached an approximately$7-million deal with Portland-based McMenamins to redevelop an ArtDeco school campus situated in downtown Bothell into a hotel, spa,restaurant, pub and cinema. The Anderson School property comprisesfive structures totaling 65,597 square feet on a 5.4-acre land.
The property includes the main school building, a pool building,a gym with locker rooms, the cafeteria and some classroom and shopspace. The 70-room project is slated to be finished by August 2014.For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
