PHOENIX-The U.S. Veterans Benefits Administration's regionaloffice in Phoenix will expand its administrative unit into a secondlocation in uptown Phoenix. The VBA, starting from January 1, willoccupy about 25,400 square feet of office space at 3838 N. CentralAvenue.
The U.S. General Services Administration signed the 10-yearlease with Parallel Capital Partners Inc., the property manager,for the VBA. Brett Abramson, a Jones Lang LaSalle brokerrepresented Parallel Capital in the lease deal. For the fullstory, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
