NEW YORK CITY-CF Global Trading is relocating its office from527 Madison Ave. to 99 Park Ave. The company has leased 4,500square feet at the 26-story building, situated between 39th and40th streets, for five years.

The lease deal was closed at the asking rent of $65 per squarefoot. Eastgate Realty owns the 600,000-square-foot building.
