CHICAGO-Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Co., based inPalatine, is planning to sell three Chicago-area properties at anauction. The bank took back the properties from borrowers afterthey defaulted on their loans.
Cornerstone has hired New York-based Sheldon Good & Co. toconduct the auction. The properties include a 6-unit condo buildingin the Irving Park neighborhood and an adjoining 18,750-square-footdevelopment site; an 11.6-acre retail site in west suburbanBartlett; and 14 home sites in northwest suburban Barrington.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
