CHICAGO-Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Co., based inPalatine, is planning to sell three Chicago-area properties at anauction. The bank took back the properties from borrowers afterthey defaulted on their loans.

Cornerstone has hired New York-based Sheldon Good & Co. toconduct the auction.
