DELRAY BEACH, FL-Carl DeSantis' private equity firm, CDSInternational Holdings, has teamed up with the Edwards Companies tobuild the $200-million Atlantic Plaza II in Delray Beach. Thedevelopment will include residential units, Class A office space,retail shops and restaurants.

The first phase of the redevelopment will stretch betweenNortheast Sixth Avenue and Northeast Seventh Avenue and willinclude upscale rental residences, retail, restaurants and officespace.
