NEW YORK CITY-Amerigroup Corp. has inked a 165,000-square-footlease at 14 Wall Street to consolidate its operations. The askingrent for the lease was in the mid-$30s per square foot. The companywill take the 11th, 12th, 14th, 21st and 22nd floors of thebuilding and will have additional signage. CBRE's Evan Haskell,Jonathan Cope, Brad Gerla and Howard Fiddle negotiated the deal forthe owner.
