BALTIMORE-Corporate Office Properties Trust has shed 24buildings and a 591-acre development in Cascade for gross proceedsof roughly $179 million in July. The dispositions of properties arepart of the Columbia-based REIT's multi-year plan to shed $560million in properties.

COPT sold the properties in Columbia, Frederick, Gaithersburg,Hanover, Hunt Valley and White Marsh. The REIT also sold the FortRitchie development in Cascade.
