CHICAGO-McCaffery Interests Inc., a development firm based inChicago, has proposed about 1,000 units and three towers on the oldChildren's Memorial Hospital plot in Lincoln Park. The proposedplan for the six-acre site, situated at the junction of Fullertonand Lincoln avenues and Halsted Street, calls for three newresidential towers and 164,500 square of retail space.
